Family 1700 miles away were having some hard times during the hoildays. I needed to get a washer and dryer shipped to them in Indiana from South Texas and Jim Hill did just that. Great service, fast shipping and easy to deal with. Couldnt get any better then that

When the shipper picked up my sofas he notices a leg was broken. He took the initiative to properly set the leg and glue it so that it would be tight and hard upon delivery. That is service above and beyond.

I am not pleased about uship charging me a service charge as well as a deposit. I can understand one or the other, but not both. I don't think uship's customer service/email response time is sufficient, nor the quality of the replies. I have, conversely, been happy with the shippers on uship.
